Complimentary Initial Consulation
To begin, I offer an initial consultation call (up to one hour) free of charge, where we can discuss your plans, priorities and what matters most to you. During this conversation, we’ll outline your needs and decide how to customise a relocation package tailored specifically for your lifestyle and timeline.
My role is to make that transition as smooth and enjoyable as possible by guiding you through each step with clarity, discretion, and calm.

London is a large and diverse city, and it can feel overwhelming to know which areas to consider.
I’ll provide clear guidance on neighbourhoods that best match your lifestyle and needs, helping you narrow down the right locations. I can also take you on in-person or virtual tours of these areas, so you can familiarise yourself with them and feel more confident about where to focus your home search.

Home Search
I will send you daily property options that match your requirements for your review until we find the right one. I can attend viewings on your behalf and arrange a virtual call from the property, or accompany you in person if you’re already in London. I will also guide you through understanding council tax, EPC ratings, and other key factors that may influence your home choices.

From Offer to Keys Support
I’ll assist you with the paperwork and formalities before your move, helping ensure a smooth and secure process. This includes guidance on making an offer, supporting you through the referencing process, and reviewing your tenancy agreement to highlight key points or potential concerns before you sign. My goal is to make sure you feel informed and confident at every stage of securing your new home.

Moving In Assistance
To ensure a seamless handover, I can collect the keys on your behalf and attend the inventory check, carefully reviewing the property to confirm that everything is accurately recorded and any discrepancies are noted. Ahead of your arrival, I can also prepare the property for move-in — organising deliveries and ordering key household essentials so your new home feels comfortable and ready from the moment you step inside. Every detail is handled discreetly, ensuring a smooth and stress-free start to your new London life.

Post-move Support
The relocation process doesn’t end once we’ve found your new home — it continues until you’re fully settled and comfortable in your new surroundings. I’ll assist with all the practical arrangements, from utilities setup and internet installation to GP and registration and other essential local services. I can also connect you with trusted local contacts to make those first few weeks smoother and more organised. My goal is to ensure that everyday life in your new home begins seamlessly, leaving you free to focus on settling in and feeling at ease.
