Who we are
This website and services are run by Kamila, trading as London Living Concierge, a sole trader in London, UK. I am the data controller.

What data I collect

From the contact form: your name, email and message.

If you become a client: contact and identity details, your current and destination address, and information needed for the service which may include visa status, financial details and ID for bank accounts, tenancies or guarantors, and health details if you ask me to arrange medical appointments (only with your explicit consent). Where I help students under 18, I take instructions from a parent or guardian.

If you message me on WhatsApp: your number and messages (delivered via WhatsApp/Meta).

When you visit the site (built on Wix): IP address, device/browser data and cookies see the Cookie Notice.
Why, and my legal basis

Answering enquiries and delivering the services you engage me for to take pre-contract steps and perform our contract.

I do not send marketing or sell your data.
Who I share it with
Wix (website/hosting), Consentik (cookie consent), Google Workspace (email/storage), my accountant, and any third party you ask me to deal with on your behalf (agents, landlords, schools, banks, utilities, medical practices). All are bound by contract. Some process data outside the UK (EEA, USA) under UK adequacy rules or standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
Enquiries: up to 12 months. Client files: 6 years after our engagement ends. Accounting records: 6 years plus the current tax year. Health details: deleted within 3 months unless part of your file.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, request portability, or withdraw consent. Email hello@londonlivingconcierge.com I respond within one month.
